The George Building pairs
modern warehouse architecture with light-filled spaces.
The George Building is a masterpiece of modern warehouse architecture with an exterior of redbrick and sail-like white fins housing light-filled and spacious office floors designed with modern businesses in mind.
The concrete reception is punctuated by a striking red steel staircase and lightwell making for a truly impressive entrance. Located on the fourth floor is a beautifully landscaped terrace with the interior offering a host of touch down and co-working spaces.
The White Building, if a building wore shoulder pads!
With style and sass in equal measure, The White Building stands proud as one of the most impressive buildings on campus.
Refurbished to provide contemporary Grade A office accommodation with a modern warehouse twist, the floorplates are bright and flexible with views across the campus and west London.
On the ground floor, the renovated reception and lobby are stylish open spaces with plentiful opportunity for breakout and informal meetings. It also has a choice of four private meeting rooms.
The arty one.
Comprising seven storeys of clean white lines, The Studio Building is a hub of activity with occupiers Penelope Chilvers and Rita Konig keeping the artisanal past of the campus alive.
The workspace has recently been refurbished offering brand new studio style spaces with kitchen areas and breakout areas. On the ground floor, you’ll find a stylish open reception area and brand new gallery space showcasing some of the campus’ award winning art collection.
The Yellow Building is the centre of attention.
Winning awards for the way office space is designed, built and occupied, The Yellow Building sets the scene for the spirit of the campus. Bright yellow stripes and concrete girders mark it out in the landscape, and inside the town-storey high atrium links each floor with an abundance of natural light and open space. Its scale and style lends itself to housing a number of amazing pieces of art from David Hockney to Jeff Koons, and Bridget Riley to Glenn Ligon.
The facilities offer a wealth of comfort with shower and changing facilities and stylish array of stylish touch down spots and meeting pods.
The fourth floor offers a rare opportunity to work within this flexible and contemporary work-space with the option of taking the whole or part of the floor.
